CHARACTERISTICS OF HONEY WITH ROYAL JELLY AND POLLEN

Royal jelly is a special substance produced by bees through secretions from their pharyngeal and mandibular glands. It is known for its rich composition, including proteins, minerals, and other natural elements.

Worker bees gather pollen—tiny grains containing male spore cells or flower gametes—bringing it back to the hive, where they mix it with nectar and saliva to form clumps or pollen granules.

Honey with royal jelly and pollen is made from royal jelly (1%), pollen (3%), and rosemary honey. Rosemary honey is appreciated for its light, floral aroma, making it a delicate and flavorful variety.

This honey can be enjoyed in various ways, whether on its own or mixed into a liquid. Before using, it is recommended to stir it well to maintain its consistency and flavor. Its versatility makes it a great addition to different culinary preparations.

Honey with royal jelly and pollen is packaged in glass jars in a 250 gram format.

The packaging is dark to preserve the honey from the light, and it is advisable to keep it covered and out of the sunlight.

We produce rosemary honey within the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve; and the pollen in different areas of Spain.
