AVI LLU\u00cdS’S OLIVE OIL <\/strong><\/h1>\n

The golden juice of our land. Extra. Exquisite.<\/h2>\n

Perell\u00f3 is a dry land full of olive trees, almond trees and carob trees. There is a local saying that to be a good Perellonenc, you must have a piece of land, and so we have. We have inherited over the years more than a thousand olive trees. The olives are harvested in winter, while our honeybees are resting.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”7\/12″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1653847512298{margin-bottom: 60px !important;}”]The olives are harvested directly from the tree, the first harvest of extraction with cold and without any chemical procedure. This is how we produce our extra virgin olive oil, with less than 0.5 degrees of acidity.<\/p>\n

The oil produced in Terres de l ‘Ebre, more specifically in El Perell\u00f3, is one of the “Morruda” and “Sevillenca” varieties. These varieties give our extra virgin olive oil a slightly sweet fruity flavour with a touch of bitterness and spice. It is yellowish green in colour.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
