This honey is not derived from a single type of flower but instead comes from a wide range of botanical sources, including sainfoin (Onobrichis Sp.), white clover (Trifolium sp.), Alpen rose or snow-rose (Rhododendron ferrugineum), oregano (Origani vulgare), aniseed (Pimpinella anisum), wild blackberry (Rubus ulmifolius Shot), thistle (Eryngium Sp.), and alpine clover (Trifolium alpinum).<\/p>\n

It has a light amber color, an intense and persistent aroma, and a rich, layered taste that varies depending on the flower species that contribute to its composition.
