Rosemary honey is produced with the nectar of the rosemary flower (Rosmarinus officinalis<\/em>). It is a very light-coloured honey, with a strong and very pleasant aroma. It is very beneficial for combating illnesses such as gout, rheumatism, cirrhosis, sore throats and asthma.
