VIRGIN EXTRA OLIVE OIL
Perelló is a dry land, full of olive trees, almonds trees and carobs trees. It’s known and said that for being a good Perellonenc, you must have a piece of land, and so do we. We heritated through the years more than thousand olive trees. These olives are harvested in winter, while our honeybees are resting.
The olives harvested directly from the tree, the first harvest of extraction with cold and without any chemical procedure, This is how we produce the extra virgin olive oil of less than 0.5 degrees of acidity.
The oil produced in the lands of the Ebro, more specifically in El Perelló, is one of the varieties “Morruda” i “Sevillenca”. These varieties give to our extra virgin olive oil a slightly sweet fruity flavour with a touch of bitter and spicy. Its color is yellowish green shooting
